2. 数据类别与用途
- 账号:邮箱/手机号、密码、第三方登录标识(注册、登录、安全)。
- 资料:头像、昵称、偏好、尺寸信息(主页、个性化)。
- 内容:图片、标签、穿搭记录、互动(衣橱、社区、AI 推荐)。
- 设备/使用:设备型号、OS、事件、诊断日志、IP、时间戳(安全、防滥用、性能优化)。
- 分析/安全:设备标识、操作记录、风控特征(反作弊、安全审计)。
3. 处理依据(GDPR)
- 合同(核心功能)、同意(可选个性化/某些分析或营销 Cookie/精确位置)、合法利益(安全、防欺诈、改进,已利益平衡)、法律义务(合规)。
- 可随时撤回同意,不影响撤回前的合法处理。
4. Cookie/追踪与个性化
- 必要 Cookie/存储用于登录与安全;分析/性能可关闭或拒绝。
- 如使用广告/营销,会事先告知并征得同意,提供退出;个性化推荐可在设置中关闭。
5. 共享与第三方
- 不出售个人信息;云存储、审核、分析、推送、反作弊等受合同约束(保密、安全、目的限制)。
- 法律要求或为保护用户/平台安全时可能披露必要数据;并购/重组将告知接收方与选择权。

- 数据可能在境外处理/存储;仅保留至目的或法律要求的最短期限,期满删除/匿名化;账号删除后按法律与可行性处理。
- 向未获充分性决议地区传输时,采用 SCC 等机制并评估补充保障,告知接收方类别/地区、目的/类型、风险,并提供撤回/退出途径。
7. 您的权利
- 访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携、反对基于合法利益的处理、撤回同意、反对仅基于自动化决策(含画像)并请求人工干预、向监管机构投诉。
- 通过应用内或 contact@allugram.com 提交,我们将在合理期限内答复;无法满足将说明并提供申诉路径。
8. 安全与事件通知
- 加密、访问控制、最小化、审计/告警、备份/恢复;发生数据事件将按适用法律通知监管机构和受影响用户,并提供补救建议与联系人。
9. 未成年人与更新
- 非以未成年人为主要对象;未达同意年龄需监护人许可与指导,监护人可申请删除或更正。
- 重大变更(目的/类型/共享/权利渠道)将提示;新增敏感或国际传输将征得同意。
10. 法律与争议
- 适用主要使用地的强制性法律;若无强制性规定,则适用主要运营地法律。争议优先协商,协商不成提交有管辖权的法院或约定仲裁。

- Account: email/phone, password, third-party IDs (sign-up/sign-in, security).
- Profile: avatar, nickname, preferences, sizing (profile, personalization).
- Content: images, tags, outfit records, interactions (wardrobe, community, AI recs).
- Device/Usage: device model, OS, events, diagnostic logs, IP, timestamps (safety, anti-abuse, performance).
- Analytics/Safety: device IDs, activity, risk signals (anti-abuse, safety audits).
3. Lawful Bases (GDPR)
- Contract (core features), consent (optional personalization, certain analytics/marketing cookies, possible precise location), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, balanced), legal obligations.
- Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Cookies, Tracking, Personalization
- Essential cookies/storage for login/security; analytics/performance with opt-out.
- If ads/marketing are used, we seek consent and offer opt-out; personalization can be disabled in settings.
5. Sharing & Third Parties
- No sale of personal data; processors (cloud, moderation, analytics, push, anti-abuse) bound by contracts (confidentiality, security, purpose limits).
- Disclosure when required by law or to protect users/platform; M&A/changes will be communicated with choices.
6. Storage, Retention, International Transfers
- Data may be processed/stored outside your region; retained only as needed or by law, then deleted/anonymized; after account deletion, removal/anonymization per law/feasibility.
- Transfers to non-adequate regions rely on SCCs or similar with supplementary safeguards; we disclose recipient types/regions, purposes/types, risks, and offer withdrawal/opt-out.
7. Your Rights
- Access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw consent, object to solely automated decisions (incl. profiling) and seek human review, complain to a supervisory authority.
- Submit via in-app or contact@allugram.com; we respond within a reasonable timeframe and explain/offer appeal if denied.
8. Security & Incident Notice
- Encryption, access controls, minimization, audits/alerts, backups/recovery; incidents are notified to regulators and affected users per law with mitigation guidance and contacts.
9. Minors & Updates
- Service not targeted at minors; if below age of consent, use with guardian permission/supervision; guardians may request deletion or correction.
- Material changes (purpose/types/sharing/rights channels) will be notified; added sensitive uses or new transfers will seek consent.
10. Law & Disputes
- Mandatory laws of your primary place of use apply; otherwise, laws of our principal place of business. Disputes: negotiate first, then competent courts or agreed arbitration.
