- 功能:衣橱管理、穿搭记录、AI 搭配、社区分享;可能因地区法规/市场/设备差异调整。
- 禁止违法、侵权、仇恨、淫秽、暴力、歧视、虚假内容;禁止破坏、攻击或绕过安全措施。
- 社区/生成内容可能审核;违规可被警告、限流、下线、冻结或终止,并提供申诉渠道。
4. 知识产权与许可
- 应用素材、模型、代码受保护;您保留原创内容权利,同时授予魅格全球非排他、可转授权许可,用于展示、推荐、改进和推广服务,并确认不侵权。

- AI 输出仅供参考,不构成专业意见或保证;请勿用于违法、违规或高风险场景。
- 本服务非以未成年人为主要对象;未成年人需在监护人许可与指导下使用。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
- 服务按“现状”提供;因不可抗力、合规要求、维护或第三方中断导致的不可用或数据丢失,我们在合理范围内协助恢复,在法律允许范围内不承担超出法定范围的责任。
- 为提升体验或满足合规/运营/安全需要,可能更新、限制或终止功能;严重违规账号可能被限制或终止,数据按法律与政策处理。
7. 法律与争议

- No illegal, infringing, hateful, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or false content; no disruption or bypass of safeguards.
- Community/AI content may be moderated; violations may be warned/limited/removed/frozen/terminated with appeals.
4. IP & License
- App assets, models, and code are protected. You retain rights to uploads while granting Allugram a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to display, recommend, improve, and promote the service, confirming necessary rights.
5. AI & Minors
- AI outputs are reference only, not guarantees; avoid illegal or high-risk uses.
- The service does not target minors; minors should use with guardian consent/supervision.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
- Service is provided as-is; outages or data loss may occur due to force majeure, compliance, maintenance, or third-party issues. We will reasonably assist recovery and, where allowed, limit liability beyond statutory requirements.
- We may update, limit, or retire features for experience, compliance, operational, or safety reasons and will notify where reasonable. Serious violations may lead to limits or termination, with data handled per law and policy.
7. Law & Disputes
- Mandatory laws of your primary place of use apply; if none, laws of our principal place of business apply. Disputes: negotiate first, otherwise competent courts or agreed arbitration.
